Treatment planning starts with diagnostics.
An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and can support a crown, bridge or denture. The choice of treatment depends on factors such as the available bone, your oral health and your needs.
At Maj-Dent, we combine surgical treatment with the work of our own dental laboratory. We use CBCT imaging and digital planning to assess treatment options and design the restoration.
Which options do we discuss?
- Single crowns on implants.
- Bridges to replace several missing teeth.
- Full-arch restorations with All-on-X.
- Dentures retained by Locator-type attachments or a bar.
- Bone augmentation and sinus lift procedures, if needed before implant placement.
Treatment step by step
Consultation
An examination, a review of the required imaging and a discussion of treatment options.
Surgical stage
Placement of the implants and, where the treatment plan requires it, preparation of the supporting bone.
Prosthetic restoration
Fabrication and fitting of the restoration, followed by oral hygiene guidance and follow-up appointments.
The timing of temporary and definitive restorations depends on the clinical conditions and the healing process. We discuss this before treatment begins.
See our treatment prices. We will discuss the detailed plan and costs during your consultation.
Our own laboratory at the restoration stage
Implants can support different restorations: single crowns, larger bridges and dentures that patients can remove themselves. Together with the dental technician, we plan the attachment method, access for cleaning and the bite. We also explain the difference between temporary and definitive restorations.
Frequently asked questions
Does the implant price include the complete replacement tooth?
Not always. Surgery, connecting components and the prosthetic restoration are separate stages. Your individual plan explains what the quote includes and which additional procedures may be needed.
Is bone augmentation always necessary?
No. We assess the amount and quality of bone at the planned implant site, as well as the position of important anatomical structures. Only after diagnostics can we determine whether bone preparation is needed.
Do implants also need regular checks?
Yes. We check the tissues, oral hygiene, bite and the restoration itself. Daily cleaning and agreed follow-up appointments are part of your care after treatment.
